First and foremost the American Warrior Initiative would like to thank you for putting your life on hold to serve our great nation. We are here to help you, but the following steps must be followed before we can accept your application.

STEP 1:

To apply for assistance a veteran must have been HONORABLY discharged.

STEP 2:

Veteran must upload a VALID DD 214. If the Veteran’s DD 214 has more than 1 page ALL pages must be uploaded.
